The team at DrPete were deeply saddened to learn about the devastation in Nepal over the last week. It particularly,  it hit home to me, as I have had many lovely interactions with Nepali people over the last 20 or so years, after I first visited Kathmandu in 1993 - when I enjoyed learning about the culture and visiting the famous Durbar Square.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the fine people of this country. Today, we made a donation to DEC - the disasters emergency committee Fund. http://www.dec.org.uk/ and to Khalsa Aid - http://www.khalsaaid.org/ (A Sikh Charity) that have organised a collection blankets, baby food, sanitation wipes et cetera

We hope our small contribution to this huge effort, can help even just a few individuals get through this tragedy safely.
