After completing a Technology Strategy Review we worked with the Racing Post and Exponent Private Equity to undertaken a change transformation programme, in the capacity of Chief Technology Officer running a large function of both UK and offshore resources. Other interim resources like programme managers and chief developers were also deployed to increase pace of change.

The outcome was a handover of a new set-up to permanent CTO after 12 months.

Market Tech are combining Camden Market’s iconic real estate assets with digital technology to deliver a world class living, working, retail and leisure destination. DrPete completed a full review on the IT department to assess its readiness against strategic growth and co-developed a plan to develop cloud based productivity using the Google Office Suite and Intranets.


Technology Effectiveness Plan

AsianLogic is one of the largest gaming and betting conglomerates based in Asia but with expanding business sites across the world. DrPete undertook a group-wide review of their IT operations looking at technology, people and processes in Gibraltar, Israel, Taiwan and the Philippines. Technology Review

We implemented a full technology refresh for Anthony Green and Spencer, developers of Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. Infrastructure and modern cloud based technologies were implemented using Google Suite for security and GDPR compliance.

The solution also allows for a local backup on-premise so even if cloud systems fail, information is always to hand.

After a recent investment by Exponent Private Equity we were asked to undertake an independent review of IT operations. The outcome was an IT transformation programme and accelerated tech roadmaps.



SBOBET is a huge online bookmaker. The in-house software team based in Singapore sought help from DrPete with setting about more effective processes and procedures that helped enable more efficient scaling of the business.

The outcomes included smoother processes, better documentation, refined technology roadmaps and security enhancements.

We were asked to review a technology refresh proposed by one of their investments. Outcomes included an action plan to reduce risk including involving more dedicated resources, greater testing and enhanced planning.

We undertook a review over two continents, gauging the complexity of operations where communications systems are constrained by local infrastructure. The outcome was new technology roadmap and adapted business processes.
