Principal Associate Consultant, HR Change
Alex Rickard has 25 years experience in the international HR arena, leadership development, change management with strategic cultural, structural and performance change, strategic remuneration, mergers and acquisitions, career and organisational development. For 8 years Alex sat on the Executive Committee at Towry (wealth management) as HR and L&D Director, in addition to servicing RemCo. Prior to this she worked on a consultancy basis and held senior HR roles in a range of industries including business consultancy, professional services, IT consultancy and reinsurance advising boards and their senior management teams. She also works alongside executives and senior people as a trusted advisor and mentor in times of change and personal development.
Alex has always had a passion for working with leaders helping them define their culture and strengthen their organisations relationship and trust with their customers. Alex is culturally sensitive and has a strong empathy for the challenges that leaders face.
Alex was nominated for ‘HR Director of the Year’ (HR Magazine) in 2013 and the ‘Chairman’s Award for Leadership in Corporate Responsibility’ (Institute of Directors) in 2014.
