Jane James

Jane has worked in IT and project delivery for over 35 years, in a career spanning both public and private sectors. She is a skilled trouble-shooter, able to use her extensive experience to quickly spot potential difficulties and areas for improvement. Jane's non-judgmental, can-do attitude is invaluable in helping teams to get back projects back on track. She also excels in helping people and teams to communicate more effectively with each other, and also works one-to-one as an accomplished coach and mentor. Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, and an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.
